A Wish Tag by Lori!



Hello and Happy Shopping Weekend!!!  Now that Thanksgiving is over, let the Holiday shopping and decorating begin!!!

I made a cute tag today and wanted to share it with you!


I started with a Color Washed Cold Pressed Watercolor Tag and used my Cherry Pie Dylusions Ink to color it red.

I layered a piece of paper from the Hey Kid paper pad behind it.  I punched two holes in the top of the tag to tie my ribbon through.


I tucked a blue mini paper bloom to the bow.


Finally I added a tiny heart from the Heart Confetti pack to the bottom.

I really love the blue and red together!  I love these tags - they can be used as tags or embellishments and are super fun to color!!!

Traci Shares a Christmas Mini!

Hi Frosted Fans!  I'm happy to be hosting the blog today and have a sweet little Christmas project to share with you.  If you follow my blog, you know that I'm crazy about mini albums.  So when I saw the Echo Park Reflections Christmas collection in the Frosted Designs store, I knew I wanted to create a mini with it.

I used the 6x6 paper pad, the stickers from the 12x12 collection pack, a few sheets of cardstock, and the adorable brads that match this collection.
I also used foam tape on some of the stickers to give the pages a little dimension, and added the photo mats to make adding pictures easy after the holidays. I just love the traditional colors and the vintage feel of these papers.   Thanks for letting me share this project with you today!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is traditionally a time to look back and reflect on the blessings in our lives. So, that is exactly what  I would like to do! Here are the things I am thankful for this Thanksgiving... 

I am thankful for all of you who visit Frosted Designs, participate in our challenges and share your talents with us.

I am thankful for a hobby that allows me to meet and build friendships with people all over the world, people I otherwise would have never met. 

I am thankful for a Design Team who has become part of my family. Each of these ladies have a special part of my heart and I am so glad that they not only share their talents here, but they share their lives! They are amazing!! 

I wish all of you blessings during this holiday season!

Narelle shares Family Blessings!

Hi everyone, Narelle here. It is my turn to show you some inspiration.

I have used the November Scrapbook Kit - Family Blessings for this layout. I just love the kits, you get so much for your money and the contents are very versatile. If you remember, last time I did a boys layout, so this time I thought I should do one of my daughter.




The kit comes with some beautiful embellishments. I just love the gold flowers by Crate Paper. And I still don't believe it, but I made the pink rose. I know, I still can't believe it either. I coloured the white ribbon that comes in the kit with Cherry Pie Dylusions Ink Spray. Then once dry, rolled it up to make the rose. Ain't it pretty!!



Layering is so easy to do when using the Maggie Holmes Flea Market Die Cut package. All those flags in the picture below come already sewn together. You just need to stick them down. Fabulous!!



And my most favourite things of all in this kit are the Pink Paislee Color Wash Water Color Tags. These are so much fun to play with. With this one I sprayed it with water then sprayed just one edge with the Cherry Pie Dylusions Ink Spray, turned the tag up on its edge and let all the colour run down the tag. And the fun thing is that every time I colour these tags they turn out different. So much fun!!

Cathi Shares Holiday Jubilee!

Hi Everyone! Cathi here to share some Christmas goodness with you! 



I got the gorgeous Prima Holiday Jubilee papers, flair and wooden pieces from the Frosted Designs store this month (some gelatos and a mask and a few other things jumped in my cart too!!) and this week I wanted to make some cards for my day on the blog!  These can also be inspiration for the 11 Challenge this week, there is LOTS of paper layering going on here and some tags as well!


My first card uses some ripped cardboard from I recycled from a goodies parcel. I added some gesso to be like snow onto it. I fussy cut a tag and the gorgeous children on a sleigh image and also got the Seasons Greeting sentiment from the paper as well! I added a Holiday Jubilee flair and some cheesecloth to finish it off.


For my second card I layered lots of gorgeous paper, added a flower and flair and a wooden X-mas sticker. I finished it off with a bit of twine.


My final card has more tags and journal pieces from the paper and another sentiment, Holiday Cheer. I added a bit of gesso and cheesecloth, some twine and some more gorgeous flairs!

Breshevia is sharing some Vintage Bliss!



Hello everyone, its Brenshevia again with another layout featuring some of the wonderful products from the Frosted Designs store! I will tell you that I have certainly gotten my money’s worth from this collection! I just love the colors in the Simple Stories Vintage Bliss line. 


I literally pieced this page together…….this page was created from leftover scraps I had from some of the previous pages I had completed using this kit. From top to bottom it is literally nothing but scraps! I used some scraps to create half a sunburst, I have been sunburst crazy this year, I just love the different ways you can use sunbursts to design your pages and they are also good for using up those scraps!
