Hi everyone!  Julie here with you today sharing an address book I made using the "Switchboard" collection from Pink Paislee :) 

In this collection are pages of "Name, Address, Phone Number" slots -- I thought these would be PERFECT for an address book! 

And here are the "Name, Address, Phone Number" papers cut into individual pieces for me to add friends and family to :)
