Fabulous Friday Challege - Tickets, Stamps & Envelopes!

Friday, September 9, 2011

We have so much wonderful news to share with you this week!  We are going to introduce you to the rest of our new Fabulous Friday Design Team, we have a great challenge and a wonderful sponsor! I guess we better get started! This week we are challenging you to use tickets, postage stamps and envelopes on cards, layouts or projects! We thought this challenge was perfect since we have Graphic 45 sponsoring this week's challenge! Several of our designers have used the G45 papers in their projects for you this week!

We are proud to announce the newest members of our team! Please welcome these ladies to the Frosted Designs Design Team...

Jenny

Hi everyone! My name is Jenny Evans and I am 26 years old. I live in Oklahoma with my wonderful husband, my 2 amazing boys and our yorkie puppy! I graduated from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!!) a few years ago, and am currently a stay at home mom.

I have dabbled in scrapbooking here and there since my oldest was born (9 years ago), but have only been consistently scrapping since March of this year. I have re-fallen in love with it, and it is now my passion! My boys love it because they are my main focus, and my husband loves that it makes me happy! He is very understanding of my passion/obsession.

I am so excited to be apart of this fabulous team, and am really looking forward to the next 6 months!

I am 31 years old from Southern California. I am originally from Texas. I have two kids. A boy named Austin 5 years old and a girl named Kailyn 4 years old. (Yes I am crazy and had them back to back! lol) I have been married for 6 years in September. I work full time for a law enforcement agency and really like my job. I have been there for 13 years. I am super girlie, out-going, friendly and pretty much go with the flow kinda girl. I love to craft and bake. I just started making cards this year but have been making scrapbooks since I was in high school. I got my cricut expression earlier this year in March and have been addicted ever since! I started blogging in April and never even knew a world of crafting like this existed. After a busy day at work, getting the crazy kids to bed, I finally get quiet time and escape to my craft room. It really is therapy for me and I love getting lost in paper, glitter, stamps, and all kinds of embellishments after a busy hectic day.

I am so excited to be joining the awesome team at Frosted Designs! My name is Teresa Jaye, I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania with my husband of 33 years and my German Sheppard Dog. My mom was an amazing seamstress and crafty lady, so I have been crafting my whole life! Long before there were so many wonderful scrapbooking products available, I was cutting up napkins, greeting cards, and magazines and adding them to the “magnetic albums” that the pictures of my daughters are in. I’m glad that now we know so much more about preserving and decorating our precious photos, and that we are all having so much fun with it! I look forward to sharing some of my projects with you and to visiting your blogs to see what you’ve created!

Teresa used Graphic 45 Papers to make her layout!

Joni is back with us on our Fabulous Friday team after serving on our Sketch Along Tuesday Layout Team! Welcome back Joni!

Joni

We would also like to welcome back the following designers for another term.....

Barb used the Communique line from Graphic 45 for her layout!

Amanda used Graphic45 - Le Cirque Collection, Wizards of Wonder

Lydia mostly used Graphic 45 Papers on her layout!

Andrea altered this beautiful film canister and turned it into a mini album using Graphic 45 papers! Be sure to stop by tomorrow because Andrea will be showing us the album in it's entirety! You don't want to miss it!!

(As always... you can click on any of the design team members names to go directly to their blogs and see the details of their work!)

We are so excited that Graphic 45 has joined us as a sponsor!

Graphic 45 an award-winning scrapbook and paper crafting company— owned and operated by a mother and her two daughters.
Diane Schultz—Designer and CEO (aka mother)
“I'm passionate about being creative and eager to make it possible for others to find their creative voice. My background includes stints as a designer for, McCalls, Simplicity, Vogue/ Butterick, Mattel Toy Company and a host of other jobs that each, in some way, led me to what I do now. At 45 I went back to school and got my degree in graphic design— I named the company to celebrate that achievement.”

Aimee Filimoehala—Director of Operations
“I wear a lot of hats and love it that way. Business, marketing, operations, etc. have made me a pro at multitasking (aka juggling‑figuratively and literally). When we launched Graphic 45 just three years ago we had no idea what was in store, working together as a family has been an amazing journey that we all feel so grateful to be apart of."

Charee Filimoehala—Director of Customer Service and Design Team Coordinator
“I joined the team a little over two years ago and haven’t looked back…what a life-changing experience this has been. I love working with and around creative people and products (not to mention I like my co-workers quite a bit). I spend my days working with our friendly stores and talented design team…the occasional trip somewhere warm is pretty nice too.”

Together we create vintage inspired crafting products that capture the flamboyant style of the 1920's and 30's - with vibrant color, irresistible texture and imaginative design to create products with decades-old appeal that's both fresh and familiar. Let our products inspire your next scrapbook layout, card, album or home decor project.

Graphic 45 has been extremely generous with us and has donated two prizes!

Prize #1
Communique Line: 22 double-sided 12x12 papers, 1 double-sided die-cut tags sheet
