Hi Debbie here today to share with you my project using Frosted Designs October Mixed Media Paper Kit!
I'm thrilled to be the coordinator of our monthly mixed media paper kit and hope that it's contents will entice you to purchase it. Each month we will focus on a different mixed media product. This month is paint.
I knew when I got my kit that I was going to create a shadow box to give to a dear friend of mine.
I used the hot pink Deco Art Bright Accent paint to highlight the word "love" on the Bo Bunny Paper.
I also used it to add some accent to other papers in the collection.
I always love to include some sort of cluster on my projects and here I have used several of the products from the kit. I took one of the Canvas Corp fabric tags and covered it with some Faber Castell Gesso and then painted over it with the hot pink Deco Art Bright Accent paint. I also added the paint to the little wooden clothespin.
I love the wooden Maya Road buttons included in the kit and added a coat of paint to each one and them outlined them with a fine tip black marker.
