TGIF and you know what that means.

Thursday, June 10, 2010

Hi everyone! My name is Diana (aka Scrapimami) and I am a scrapaholic!!! I have been married to Stan for 8 years. We have a blended family of 7 kids yours (Beau 30, Lauren 29, Justin(Bucky) 25 and Tyler 18) Mine, (Daniel 16, Monica 13) and Ours, (Natalie 5) the 4 youngest live at home Beau and Justin live in Costa Rica and Lauren lives in Boca Raton FL. We are all very close and I love to scrap our family vacations.

I have been scrapping for over 7 years but I also use to scrap when I was in High School and have some of those books very different to the way we scrap now. This year I got my first DT assignment here at Frosted Design, so I have a little special place in my heart for FD. I also Design for 2 other sites, have done a few GT and have been published 2 times, that was very exciting.

Here is our challenge for this month. Glitter, glitter and more glitter I love sparkly stuff, although I have never really like playing with actual glitter, I love to buy pre-glitter materials. I know everyone has either the actual glitter bottles/jars, stickles, pre-glittered pages or chipboards, what ever glittery medium you have take it out and play with it.
Remember to post your projects here. WHY!!!! Because you have the chance to win this amazing PRIZE!!!!! Here is a link to my Scrappy Blog

Here is what you need to do to win this Amazing prize!!!
You need to become a follower and play along!!!  Each time you enter a project, you earn a chance to win June's prize pack!! The more challenges you enter, the more chances you have to win! At the end of the month we will do a random draw from all the entries to determine a winner!! What are you waiting for?!! Get to your scrap rooms and start creating!!!!

Here is Mine, the title and the little bird are glitter accents.

Products used: Little Yellow Bike-decorative edge cardstock, Clothesline-Sunny Day Dot, Stickers, and flowers, Tattered Angels - Blue Skies, Lemon Meringue, Garden Fairy and Jack O'lanter, American Crafts - Dear Lizzy chipboard Thickers, and Prima Marketing swirl.

Here are the LO's from our Amazing group of Designers

PAT

JESSICA

Jessica used several glitter elements, including Crystal Stickles to accent her printed transparency frame and used a glittered flower and glittered chipboard alphabet stickers for her layout.

KIM

Kim used some glitter infused paper, sugar coated alpha's for the title, and her gold ribbon is coated with glitter as well.

JONI

Everything on this layout is Basic Grey Lime Rickey except for the glitter transparancy which is from Fancy Pants.  This worked really well because there was a little blonde girl behind my son that I couldn't crop out of the photo, so the glittery transparancy flowers covered her up nicely.

CASSIE

Cassie used glitter on her chipboard letters to add a little extra sparkle to her card!

BARB

Barb used everything glittery she could find... glitter glue, glitter paper, glitter ribbon!!
