Fabulous Friday Top 3 & A Prize Winner!

I have to admit... Recipe challenges are one of my favorites because all of the projects are always so unique! I love how two people can take the same basic supplies and make completely different projects with them! There were so many fabulous projects this week and here are this week's Top 3....
