I would like to share my method of making pages for notepads. For some reason I began to make more and more of them. And if the cover is a subject of author's own fantasy and preferences, the notepad still needs some pages, doesn't it?
You need regular office paper, A4 (or any other suitable format) white primer and, distress ink or some strong coffee or tea.
Here is a link to my blog. Kissinia
First, I fold the paper, so printed text (if any) is inside.
Second, I cover good part of each page with white primer, leaving edges untouched.
Then I stitch all the way around the page.
And, finally, decorate it. Here everything is up to you. You may use distress ink or strong tea or coffee to create a worn look. In fact you may also want to try to use acrylic paints. Then - decorate it according the style of your note-pad. When the pages are completely dry, I out then under the press, so at the end they all look pretty much good.
Here, are some ready pages to illustrate this tutorial.

Hope you find this tutorial helpful and it will inspire you to make your own pages for the notebooks.
Excellent, thanks very much.
