Sundays with Sandee is out on a limb!

Sunday, January 12, 2014

Do you ever feel like you are out on limb with your art? Dangling up there, feeling all by yourself? Feeling like you might fall off and flop?

"Daily or weekly art journal practice can help you push through those fears and let go of control, opening up more possibilities for learning and mixing techniques and taking your art to new heights."
from
Cloth . Paper . Scissors "Feel the fear and Make it Anyway"

Sometimes, that's just what you have to do: to try, to step forward and say I am willing to take a chance today, to become more awesome than I was yesterday! And if you don't succeed, you were still awesome yesterday!

I just adore this Maya Road Metal Trinket ♥ and I am out on a limb learning to love my own handwriting.

That music stamp makes an awesome backdrop for my singing doodle birdie, don't you think?

Here's my video, you asked for me to talk and explain things more, I aim to please.

If you have any questions, please feel free to drop over at the Frosted Designs Facebook page and ask away. We have a fun group of ladies, exploring our art and we would love for you to come and join us ♥

Gorgeous - I love all of the images and colours. I have recently started on my first 2 journals (Journal 52 and Documented Life) and now addicted! Ali x

This is yet another fantastic page and challenge Sandee!! Loving the use of white space....you nailed it! Of course I'm partial to paint splatters and think they add the Perfect hint of interest within that white space. You rocked out yet another fantastic challenge and I can't wait to play with this one!!
