"Love, Laugh, Live" Canvas Tutorial
Hi, everyone. Its time for Sunday Tutorial. Today I'm going to share about another mixed media canvas.
Here's what you need:
- Canvas
- Chipboard Words (Want2scrap)
- The Crafter's Workshop Stencil (Bricks)
- Tattered Angels Mists (Verdigris, Bronze, Splash Chalkboard, Coconut Shell Glaze)
- Folkart Acrylic Paints (Titanium White, Baby Pink, Turquoise)
- Semco Acrylic Paint (Platinum Metallic)
- Distress Inks (Tea Dye, Vintage Photo)
- Golden Fiber Paste/Crackle Paste and Glass Bead Gel
- Stazon Jet Black Ink
- Assorted Stamps
- Prima Flowers and Paper
- Claudine Hellmuth Multi-Medium
- Swaroski Crystals
- Glossy Accent
Steps:
- Spray mists randomly and generously till it pools. Heat dry.
- Paint the sides and edges with acrylic paints
- Using a stencil, spread the mixture of fiber paste or crackle paste and glass bead gel at the top and bottom corner of canvas. Heat set.
- Distressed edges of paper strips and adhered with multi-medium.
- Stamp randomly across canvas.
- Using your fingers, dab white acrylic paint randomly.
- Paint the chipboard words with metallic paint. Heat dry.
- Adhere the chipboard words to canvas and add Swaroski crystals.
- Add flowers and you are done!
