Hi everyone, Fern here, and it's my turn to share a tutorial with you... I'm going to show you a quick and easy way to add a little bit of sparkle to your layouts and cards by using die cuts and glitter and a few other household things!
Cardstock Paper
Die Cut Templates or Punches ~ I'm showing you a few different samples.. You can also use cuts from your Cricut Cartridges...
Packing Tape
Glitter ~ I used Martha Stewart Sugar Coating Glitter
Scissors
Now comes the tricky part... Take a piece of the tape, sticky side up..be sure you don't get your fingerprints on the part of the tape you're going to put the glitter on or it will show... now with the right side up, stick the die cut on the tape..
Now brush off the glitter and with your scissors cut around the image as close as you can... and here are the results...
I told you it was quick and easy, and really a great way to add a little extra sparkle to any layout or card!! I hope you enjoyed the tutorial and will give it a try... If you do I would love to see what you created!!! You can check out my blog for the details on the layout!!!
Have a wonderful day!!!
