So you are probably wondering "What the hey does books have to do with scrapping?". The answer to that is that we can always draw inspiration from so many sources. So that is what I want you to do. Think of your favorite book and draw inspiration from it this week on your project. You can use the title of the book as the title or sentiment on your project, you can draw inspiration from the theme or you can do a project telling us about your favorite book. Be creative and don't forget to tell us a little bit about the book you chose.
For my book I chose to draw inspiration from a series of books. I used the Dark Tower Series by Stephen King. They are absolutely seven of my favorite books ever and I am currently working my way through them again. The decorations on the page are all drawn from the books and the title of the page "The World has Moved On" is a phrase that is frequently used through out the books. Head on over to my blog to check out more details and to see what all this stuff means.

Joni created a mini album with a few photos and the story of all the "firsts" that came as a result of this Teddy Bear book. She also preserved the book by creating this little tin that the book & mini album fit into.
Jessica is a voracious reader and often goes through 2 or more books a week. Her bedside table is constantly littered with her most recent reads. She's got a soft spot for love stories and happy endings, and if you throw in a few mysteries or two, then she's one happy girl. Some of her favorite authors *in no particular order) Janet Evanovich, Maya Angelou, Debbie Macomber, Steve Berry, Elizabeth Lowell, David Baldacci, and, of course, Stephenie Meyer.
Her card is inspired by one of her favorite book series and guiltiest pleasure... Twilight.
Kim used one of her favorite fall children's books, Haunted Castle on Hallows Eve, by Mary Pope Osborne for her title and inspiration for this layout.
Diana got into the holiday spirit early when she got out her Polar Express book!! This charming Christmas classic inspired this fun layout!
Now it's your turn! We would love to see your cards, layouts and projects. Be sure to link up your entry by noon (CST) Thursday!
