We have a Winner for the July Prize!!

Wow... July has been an amazing month here at Frosted Designs!! We have had so many people participate in the challenges which is so impressive with all the summer activities that keeps everyone so busy!! Thank you for coming back week after week and joining in on the fun!! Now... what you have all been waiting for.... the winner of our July Prize Package is......
