Hi everyone!!
It's the first Sunday of the month so that means we get to play with another style of lettering! I created an upper and lower case font that I call Bar letters. Here is the sheet if you would like to put it in your lettering file folder or print it out for easy reference.
And here is the page that I created, using both the bar style of writing and the tracking font lesson from last month. Combining different lettering styles creates visual interest with your word art.
The only thing stopping you from getting better with your lettering is not practicing it every day. It's not hard and 10 minutes everyday will help you. As you watch the video, follow along, if you have any questions then come visit with me over on the Frosted Designs Face Book page.
Hand lettering is suppose to be fun and I hope that you get a chance to try out some different styles of writing. I know that Lori is going to have a challenge
coming up that will include writing, so start practicing now! Remember, it's not calligraphy, it's just you creating some whimsical letters!
