Hi everybody, Brenshevia
here with my September post featuring some of the wonderful products we have
here at the Frosted Design Store. I am elated about my first post here at Frosted Designs. However, before we get to my project a little bit about me....I am the mother of 2 and grandmother of 3 beautiful g-babies. You will find that my grandchildren are the primary source of inspiration for me and the subject of most of my layouts. Yes, I scrap my kids are on occasion but they are not as cute as the grand babies so they tend to take a backseat at the scrap table. I currently live in Tennessee but if all goes well I will be relocating soon, hopefully to the sunshine state of Florida. I am engaged to the most wonderful man on earth who supports my addiction, scrapbooking 100%! Okay enough about me, on to my project.
I wanted to use the Echo Park Beautiful Life 6x6 pack from the store so immediately this project came to mind.
I thought that the 6x6 pack would be perfect for this cut. So I plugged in my handy dandy Silhouette Cameo machine and got to work! I started by cutting a circular diecut on my Cameo. I then punched a LOT of small circles from the
Beautiful Life collection using my ½ Fiskars punch.
I wanted to use the Echo Park Beautiful Life 6x6 pack from the store so immediately this project came to mind.
I then just glue the circle pieces in various places under the
diecut and added various buttons of all different flavors to give it a little flair.
I used a few more pieces from the Beautiful Life Collection pack to double mat my photo. I am a matting fool!, I love matting my photos, you would be hard pressed to find one I didnt mat!
I threw in a few tags and a wooden clothespin to complete the look.
I decided to go this route because I wanted to show you that
this is just one of many ways you can put those 6x6 packs to work for you. I typically don't purchase them but decided to go ahead and give it a shot and I am glad I did as the end result was wonderful!
I hope you like what you see. Please visit me at http://brensheviapapermemories.blogspot.com/ to see more of my work~
