Tell us a little about yourself-I live in Troutdale, Oregon with my Husband (Mike) and my 2 daughters (Michaela 11, Emily 9). I am a stay at home mom who volunteers at both of my girls schools. I love any type of craft (especially paper crafting), sewing, baking, cooking & planning parties.
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I really started scrap booking when my daughter was born but, let it go till about 3 years ago when I bought my first cricut machine. Now I make cards and other projects more than scrap booking.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?-I don't really have one technic that I use a lot but, I love to use liquid chalk and the cuttle bug to emboss.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-My favorite product for paper crafting would definitely have to be my Cricut Expression machine.

Tell us a little about yourself-I have been married to my husband Stan for 8 years. I am a mother of 3 and 4 step kids. I have 4 kids living at home Tyler is 18, Daniel 16, Monica 13 and Natalie is 5.
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I started really getting into scrapbooking when my 3rd child Natalie was born I was 43 and starting over. I started Scrapbooking about 7 years ago, I was watching QVC and Anna Griffin had was showing this amazing kit and I bought 2 of them, I did a few pages on and off but never much my obsession started when I was pregnant with Natalie and was in a deep depression and I started scrapbooking just not to think of how bad I felt well I have not stopped since.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?-I love to experiment using different techniques. Right now I would say my favorite technique is misting, I just can't get enough of it.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-I'm definitely loving glimmer mist these days.

Tell us a little about yourself-I live in sunny Phoenix Arizona with my husband and 6 yr old son (the subject of most of my projects).
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I started scrapbooking in late 2001 when I was trying to preserve a memory of a recently lost pet. One thing led to another and I’ve been addicted ever since.
I work full-time and also help my husband with his business, but I try to fit in a little scrapping time after my son goes to bed and before I do every night.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?-I don’t really have one technique that I’d call my favorite, I like to try lots of things, but not spend “too much” time on a project either. If I had to pinpoint something that I think I do a lot, I’d say that I tend to be simple, practical and deliberate.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-I don’t know about anyone else out there, but who has “too much paper”? My husband would be pointing every finger and toe at me, but I just can’t help it….gotta love all those gorgeous textures, colors and patterns…I must have all patterned paper!
I love challenge sites because I think it gives you a jumping off point or a help to guide in one direction or another. I’m honored to be joining the Frosted Designs Design Team.

Tell us a little about yourself -I am a single mom to a son, 22 and a daughter 19, and my third child is my loving dog Zoey. I work at a Biotech company. It is an extremely stressful job, and my outlet when I come home is scrapbooking and in the spring and summer, working in my flower gardens.
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I started scrapbooking 12 years ago. I received a beautiful completed scrapbook album for a birthday present. I took one class and was hooked. I love the creativity that this craft has unleashed in me.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?- My favorite technique I would say is using several types of patterned paper on a layout. I am always amazed at how well different patterns from different manufactures go together. I also can not live without inks. I love to ink the edges of my papers. I think it gives your layout the special touch.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-My favorite product? Only one? There are so many. I love my Cricut and my huge collection of Colorbox inks.

Tell us a little about yourself -I am married to Dave, who is the best husband in the world (at least for me he is). We have 4 great kids - 3 girls and a boy. My best girlfriend is Joni Parker, she is amazing! I also have a big ole sweet Great Dane and a sweet little yorkie (yeah I have that kind of sense of humor) I live in Phoenix, AZ and love it! I am an avid bicyclist and recently realized I love playing softball. I also love to read and craft pretty much everything.
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I started scrapbooking about 10 years ago. I have always loved crafty stuff and I went to a stamping party and fell in LOVE with paper and papercrafting. I have been all over the country traveling and designing for Technique Tuesday, sharing my love for scrapbooking. I am pretty sure meeting all those wonderful women and few men is what cemented me in scrapbooking. I love it and loved meeting people with the same passion I have. I am planning on returning to school (soon)to obtain an Art degree in General Art Studies with focus on design in the crafting arts.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?- My favorite technique.. humm that is hard, I really love to stamp I also like to experiment with new ideas so this is an ever changing answer. But stamps are pretty near and dear to my heart.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-My absolute favorite product.. easy. Paper! both pattern and cardstock.. yes, I would even say, I would marry it.. (lol)

Tell us a little about yourself-Hello everyone. I’m Sharon Traynor and I live in the UK with my very best friend (my husband) and I work full time as an IT project manager. I have 2 grown-up daughters and I am now a proud grandmother of two grandchildren.
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I started making cards in May 2008 after the company I worked for re-structured and I took redundancy. I thought it would be something to fill in the time while I searched for a new job. Since then I’ve spent a fortune, made loads of new friends and generally had the time of my life making crafty projects.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?-I absolutely love trying out new techniques or styles in my creations. I haven't really got a favourite technique because I love each new technique that I come across, although I do enjoy throwing in a 3d project every now and again.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-I suppose that my favouite product has to be ink (and a few stamps). I couldn't be without my inks and it doesn't matter if they are pigment or distress inks; the more the merrier! I’m a bit of a butterfly really – always flitting around from blog to blog looking for inspiration and something new to try. I hope you too will find inspiration in my work.

Tell us a little about yourself- Hello fellow scrappers, I'm Kim Sparks, and I'm a paper addict! I'm addicted to scrapping and card making. Lately I'm into altered items
as well. I'm a child of God, a wife to the most supportive Honeybee, teacher to third grade students, and my favorite title is Nee Nee (Auntie) to six incredible nieces and nephews.
I love to gather anywhere there is paper, ink, bling, flowers, and photos. My scrappy friends and I love to meet and scrap at each other's homes and on retreats. I simply adore making mini albums and giving them as gifts. I scrap in all sorts of sizes from 3 X 3 to 12 X
12.
I'm ecstatic about joining this amazingly talented and creatvie group
of ladies. I hope you will join us weekly for some "Frosted Designs!"
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I began my scrapping about 10 years ago when my youngest niece, Ashlea, was born. I wanted to document EVERYTHING! The card making bug just bit me this summer when I began blogging. Oh such a fun summer.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?-I have so many favorite techniques and I adore trying new ones. The tried and true that I always turn to is distressing with ink. I'm so addicted to ink. I think my fingertips are permanently stained.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-I have to go with the Cricut Expression! Oh the possibilities....
Barb

Tell us a little about yourself-My name is Barb Craft and I absolutely love everything that has to do with crafts. I have a very patient, loving husband who not only puts up with my passion, but helps finance all of my little spending sprees every time a new product hits the market that I “have to have!” Greg (my hubby) has recently taken a job in the Dallas area which means our family will be relocating to Texas at the end of this school year. I am pretty excited about the move since I am not a big fan of Indiana winters! I have four wonderful children who keep me pretty busy. My oldest, Courtney, is a hair stylist, Kristin is at Evangel University in Missouri, Matt (my only son) is a sophomore in high school and then, of course there is Princess Lauren. She is only 7 years old but she really rules the kingdom! When I am not running to sporting events, dance lessons, music lessons and various clubs, I teach full time as a reading specialist. One of the exciting things about our upcoming move is that I am going to take some time off from teaching to “get our family settled.” My translation to that… I get to scrapbook in an empty house all day long! Yippee!!
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I have been scrapbooking for at least 19 years. Courtney was just a baby when I ventured into the hobby. It is such a perfect fit for me… but I have to admit… my pages have changed dramatically over the years! My early work included a lot of stickers and hand drawn titles. I like my creations a lot more with all of the fun toys I have to help me create!
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?-The thing I can’t live without these days is chalk, ink, and sandpaper. I have to distress and alter all of the paper in my layouts. If I don’t, it just doesn’t feel finished to me.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-My new favorite thing in the whole world is Stickles! I love that stuff! I can bling up a page in no time… and we all know you can never have too much bling on a project! I am very excited to be joining the Frosted Designs design team and meeting some new crafting friends.

Tell us a little about yourself-Greetings! I currently reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area and I work full time, outside of the home, as the Logistics Manager for a Hispanic snack foods company. I have a wonderful family and am thankful that my boyfriend, Stephen, is supportive of my “obsession”. Our beautiful children, Sydney (13) & Mikey (6) give me non stop inspiration for creating. I’m excited to be part of this ever growing, always encouraging hobby that is paper crafting. I am so thankful to have such a great way to keep in touch with friends and loved ones, and document the many stories of our lives.
When/why did you start scrap booking/card making?-I originally started as a scrap booker about 10 years ago, when a neighbor introduced me to Creative Memories. I thought it was a good way to keep track of important events and milestones for my family and friends. Since then I’ve really gotten into creating cards. They’re smaller, easier, and less time consuming for me to create. I also love that I don’t have to buy cards anymore.
What is your favorite technique for paper crafting?-I think 90% of my projects have embossing, in some way, shape or form on them. I also like to distress my edges with ink, and of course stamping has to be included on everything.
What is your favorite product for paper crafting?-I have two! I LOVE my Cuttlebug and my border punches. I use them more than any other products when crafting.
